Got in an accident about 4 weeks ago and had the car in the shop since. I start getting a call about a week ago saying the car would start but cut off. Today the car is ready and i go pick it up and i start the car once but it shuts off completely and now wont start back up. I check the codes with them Aeroforce gauge and a P1626 code (Theft deterrent) is popping up. Had to tow the car to my mothers house and park it in her garage. How do i fix this problem so i can et my car back on the road?

I think you can. I think it was under accessory in DHP.

Key relearn
Turn key to on for 10 minutes, you'll notice the security light stops coming up on your message center
Turn key off for 10 seconds

Turn key and go straight to starting the car. It should start. Be prepared to crank a little extra and or use a touch of throttle to clear the excess fuel from priming it three times.

Thank you billboost. I hope it works and I can start driving the car again. Its been a month since i drove it Smh.

Tried the relearn and the car still didnt start. I even frgot that i have an overkill pcm with the relearn time set to 5 seconds. What else could be wrong?

I can hear the fuel pump prime. Looks like it may be ignition still due to theft deterrent.
Have you cleared the P1626 code yet?

Repeated cranking without start will pour a ton of fuel into the cylinders so make sure it's not flooded.

Pull the oil dipstick and see if it smells like fuel.
If it does then pull the spark plugs, unplug the ICM and crank the engine for about 20 seconds.
Change the oil 'cause the extra fuel in the oil can damage the engines bearings.
Reinstall the plugs, reconnect the ICM and start the engine.
