Car wont run after putting SC back in

I ported my throttle body and my SC.
After reassembly the car didn't turn and sounds like ****.
Wait ten minutes turn it on and runs for 10 seconds and sounds like **** aswell. With some white smoke coming out of throttle body
10 seconds is all I can get.

Also found drivers side rear Fuel rail bolt is missing.
and vacuum valve that says boost bypass valve that connects to the L67 vacuum valve on the SC broke off but i think i got it back on.

Any tips
TIA
Kyle

I have a rough idea of what binding is, but how noticeable is it really? Basically the point where it creates a noticeable restriction when turning?

the boost bypass valve vacuum connection to the vacuum connection on top of the SC broke and is being intact with duct tape. Does this need to be a really tight vacuum?

yes, it does. airtight completly that may be some of your problem.

Fix your known broken parts then see if you still have issues.

Right now you are telling us.. "my car is out of gas because I ran it dry and it won't start." Really.. you are.

That thing that you broke, which I can't quite decipher from your description (either BCA or vac port on charger) is going to cause a vacuum leak. Depending on how bad the leak is.. will depend on how badly your car runs or if at all.

very noticeable as to where the rotors will catch and you wont be able to spin it.
