Car Stalling/Sputtering

My 2002 Grand Prix GT has been stalling at lights recently, it also stutters on acceleration. Below is what I have done to fix it
New fuel filter, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, cleaned MAF sensor, cleaned TB, new TPS, checked all ignition coils and replaced one, replaced air filter.
There is also exhaust leaking from the manifold which I don't think is related to this problem but I have ordered a replacement to fix it nonetheless. Anyone know what it may be? I'm kind of lost. Maybe a clogged fuel injector or bad O2 sensor? No error codes are being given.

Similar issues started for me about a month ago. Over the last six-months, the car has had all the coil packs replaced, new wires, new plugs, TPS, new air filter, and last month the catalytic converter was replaced. Shortly after that, I noticed that once in awhile the car would sometimes "lunge" below 2000 RPM. Like a ghost giving it some throttle. When stopped at light, it would sometimes have erratic RPM's and experience a few stalls, with hard starting afterward. I was getting no codes either. Today, she was running through her erratic routine, stalled twice, and finally the SES came on. I ran to Auto Zone, and she threw a P0102 code. This indicates vaccuum leaks, or MAF sensor issues. Oddly, when I was doing all the other work, I had cleaned the MAF, perhaps shortening it's life by a few months. I bought a replacement on the spot, changed it in the parking lot and fired her up. Less than a minute went by, and my SES shut off. She's running fine. My car is a 2001 Grand Prix GT sedan, with 124K. It was probably the original MAF. If you want to test this before investing $130...just unplug the harness to the MAF. If she runs better with no stutters and stalling...chances are it's the MAF. A little costly, but a 5 minute fix. Good luck!

Didn't end up reading this but I finally decided to replace the MAF sensor and it runs great now. Thanks though!
