Ok someone tell me this is not serious and its just a glitch. I was driving tonight and I was going about 55 and all of the sudden the car gave a jerk forward and the engine bogged down, it did this 2 more time and then my Traction control light came on, and when I pushed the button it would not turn off. As I was coming to a stop at a light it shut down. I restarted it and it started just fine but the traction light would not go off. So it sat for about 45 minutes at a friends house, when I left the traction light did not come on but as I was doing 30 mph it bogged 2 times and then it ran fine. I pulled into target to check fluids just to see what it was at, and my oil was down a qt and my coolant reserve was empty but the low coolant light never cam on. So I filled th coolant tank up halfway and added a qt of oil. I manually turned off the traction control to see if that was the issue. Well it ran fine till I was on the freeway and again it kept bogging down, when i pulled off the highway and into downtown mpls it ran fine without an issue. I do not think its my fuel pump cause you can hear it whine like normal. I am supposed to leave for Tennessee on sunday and I do not know whats going on. Anyone have any Ideas. its a 98 GTP And I get no service engine light either Please help Thanks.
