Car shuts off when I slow down or brake

So lately I've been having a lot of fuel issues with my 97 GTP. Now when I'm driving and I slow down or brake the car shuts off and the battery and oil light come on. No CEL. Let's say I'm cruising on a regular street and take my foot off the gas the car feels like it's going to shut off, no drone, no nothing. But the biggest issues is the stall. What could be the issue
 


There was a video I saw on YouTube awhile back with a car that had similar problems. It turned out there was a large vacuum leak that would cause the car to stall out in the right conditions. Take some carb cleaner and spray all around the throttle body and edge of the upper intake manifold. If you hear the idle change (do this with the car running), then you have a vacuum leak.
 
IAC? my truck acted like this, had to keep on the throttle and harder on the brakes until I replaced it.
 


So car is back working now but the car is leaking out oil pretty bad. Especially when I start it... and there's smoke coming from behind the engine my guess is the valve cover gasket but ugh it's always something lol
