Car ramps

Not sure if this is in the right section...I need to pick up some car ramps but I'm having trouble finding any that will fit given how low gp's apparently are (I'm at stock ride height btw). If any of you use ramps what kind do you use? I found some adjustable ones online but they're all in the $300 range and that's not gonna happen right now.

I would really recommend a jack and stands, then you can take tires off and rotate them and do brake work.

I have ramps that the angled ramp part slides into the platform the tires sit on and can be removed from it if needed. This design allows the ramp part to pivot at different angles. I use a 2 foot piece of 2 x 12 under the angled part of the ramp so my car drives up on the 2 x 12 first then onto the ramp at a lower angle. It allows me to get more height than some of the low profile ramps and doesn't scrape the bottom of the nose on the ramps.

This looks like the same ones I have:

it'll take a couple more minutes to put the car up on jacks but they're so much more versatile for the same price if not cheaper.

I've got both stands and RhinoRamps. the ramps are great for jobs that don't require the wheels to come off, obviously. I use 2*12s to lead onto the ramps for my lowered 98 (my stock '05 doesn't need them).

Hell, I put the '98 on ramps sometimes for engine work just to save a little wear and tear on my back.

My 06 wont go on my ramps. Plus you can just get so much more use outta a jack and some stands. You can get them so cheap these days

When I had a Prelude I picked up the lower Rhino Ramps and ... they fit under nearly every lowered car that comes into my garage.
