Car Jerks at WOT

Soo, I developed a misfire a while back and I purchased new plugs & Wires . The car still jerked so I changed the coil pack .. Once I did that I guess I put 2 wires on wrong and caused the pistons to not fire in order and caused my car to feel like a diesel truck with check engine light flashing, the next day it worked fine.. Gunned it a little and no issues at all, but then my transmission went out so I had to get it rebuilt.
Once I got the tranny rebuilt and I got my car back, I noticed jerking at WOT again so I changed the MAF sensor thinking that could be the issue, and still having the problem.. I'm not sure where to go from here..
I seafoamed my gas, crankcase and vaccum line to see if that would fix the problem but it didnt, I got oil change .. but im still running with the same fuel filter (yes I know I need to change that) But just havn't had the time.. But I'm wondering what could be causing this..
whenever I drive normally the car works fine but flooring it a little bit and it jerks back and forth making me unable to boost.. I'm thinking the fuel filter could be the problem or a bad pump.. not sure :// I don't want to waste money trying to figure out the problem

I have a 99 GTP with 267k miles on it.
Bottom end is rebuilt.
 




Yeah probably, So do you suggest just getting a new pump? and then possibly I won't have the issue of having to pull the tab?
 
you still got the factory cat on the car? with those miles it could be clogged up. it will also cause the cel to flash. and make the car feel gutless.
 


Yup, no more misfire after running obdu or w/e
and the cel on flight once, the only code i get is the 02 sensor from the obdu or w/e
 


i tried gunning it, and now the car seems like it wants to turn off. my hud said check gages and once i left off the gas it was okay. so im not sure what the **** to do -.-
as soon as i fixed the whole jerking thing, now it seems like it doesnt have power. seems like all types of little issues happening, -.-
