I have a 2000 grand prix gt. 3.8 na v6. 163,xxx miles. Issues started when the fuel was run down to fumes. It did not die but probably had a splash of fuel in the tank. I filled up and about 2-3 miles away it dies. I restart and keep heading home. It starts to have surging issues, but not all the time. Not based on heat. Starts having issues after been driving for awhile. rpms will jump about 300-500 rpms and down 300-500 rpms. If I am not on the gas it dies. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs wires. The check engine light (bulb is fine) is not on but i am able to pull some codes. Bank 1 is lean and m a f sensor may be bad. Could this all be related or coincidental and how do I fix this. Thanks
