Car hesitates

I just got a tune up on my 2004 Grand Prix. New plugs, wires, fuel filter and all. The mechanic has since replaced two ignition coils and the master air flow sensor. My car will intermittenly "hesitate" when I'm going down the road, once the engine is thoroughly heated. I've had the transmission looked at and there is no problem with the transmission either. Right now my mechanic is a little stumped at what could be causing the issue as no codes pop up when he has his obd computer connected. Has anybody on here had this same issue and had it fixed?
