Car bogs at 60+ when on the gas

So today getting on the freeway The car bogs
getting on the freeway was fine untill she went to pass and it bogged a bit /stummbled
It revs fin at idle and drive fine ish up until 60 or so I can here it in the exhaust "coughing"

It didnt do this at all in town under 60mph and with out heavy boost

To me im thinking Cat issue But that might just be because there is one in the garage waiting to be installed

Its hot right now so Im waiting for it to cool before i go look at it
 


Cause Yea um IM frustrated the car bogged out and i thought i was gonna be sick seriously I know in my head what it is wich is why i got a catted dp BUT still could it be something else
 


Yea Thought bout that to but they are all In good shape guess i can pull them and test blah Im great when its some one elses car But my own are like my children i gets emotional
