Car back together now I have a weird MisFire problem...

Well I finally got my car back together and running. Took the car out for a test drive and noticed I have a weird miss. When the car is in lower rpm's you can feel it more, especially in overdrive. It seems to buck in overdrive when going up hill.
So I replaced the plugs, wires, coil packs, cleaned the MAF, checked for vacuum leaks, replaced the fuel filter and t still has a miss. I don't notice it when I'm on the gas so to speak.
When I pulled the plugs #4 spark plug was black all the rest looked normal. Seems like the miss doesn't change idling when I pull the number 4 spark plug wire.

So.... Thoughts? I was going to swap around injectors and see if I notice a difference.

Sure the spark is making it all the way down the wire? Cracked insulation on plug? If the plug is black the injector is working.

For the future please use black font, other colors are hard to read and make me less willing to read a post

Anyways, since you've replaced the whole ignition system already I'd start looking in other areas. Check the ICM and wiring, make sure the injectors and wiring is good as well. What work did you do to the car?

I installed a new stattama crossover, downpipe and PLOGS. The old setup was in made out of mild steel and the rear manifold was in bad shape. It was one of the first stattama kits and was custom so I couldn't just replace the manifold.
I ended up replacing the injectors with new ones and the misfire went away.
