capacities for 02 GP SE and other questions

my sister bought this car without an owner's manual, please tell me the coolant and brake system capacity? I'll be replacing her brakes, driver's side hub, and flushing her coolant system (3100) this next weekend and could really use these. also, where can I find GM's labor charges per job?

ok, found out how much coolant, but what about brake fluid?
