ok guys I got a good one for you, I just got out of prison after 2 years, and my 04 grand prix sat without starting all that time. I just got it running and the only thing that was wrong after all that time is I have a PO446 code, and the pump keeps shutting off. I have replaced the purge valve canister by the gas tube under the wheel well. didn't work. also I remember it used to always click on and off. I could hear it. now it doesn't like there is no power to it?
 


If you haven't found a solution yet, try not inserting the nozzle all the way in when filling up. If that works it's the Venturi effect from the nozzle, some newer gas pumps don't like grand prixs for some reason.
