Can tune 99 gtp w/ turbo

Good evening, looking to provide my mechanic who is finishing up my turbo build with a basic tune just to get it running. Specs: 60lb injectors, 1.85 rockers, no IC, 100 shot NX Wet shot if necessary. Gen 3 w/block off/ autolite 103s, 63mm trim turbo. Wideband,boost, coolant temp gauge. Any help I would appreciate it. Thanks
