Can someone identify this noise?

I made a video of the noise my car is making..it's like a slow vibration. It's kind of hard to hear in the video, but it's in the background. "woo-woo-woo-woo-woo"

All of my tires are balanced. The steering wheel doesn't really shake back and forth. It does, however, vibrate. Disregard all of the engine lights, they were for a bad speed sensor (I just replaced the front passenger wheel bearing, the sound didn't go away)

So, I know that it isn't the passenger wheel bearing. Does it sound like another bearing? That's what a friend of mine said, but I'm not so sure..

The car is a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue with 50k on it. (W-Body, same as a grand prix)

Kinda loud to be a tire, but it could very well be the culprit. Just cause they are balanced doesn't mean they haven't developed a weak sidewall from hitting a curb or cupping due to a bad alignment and are making that noise. It does sound like a bad wheel bearing though. Did you get a NEW replacement bearing?
