Can i use normal Paint

Im geting ready to repaint my bumper with automotive paint from napa and im sure ill have extera paint so i plan on painting my interior that same exact color around my radio, shifter and top of glove box just wondering if i can paint the top of the door panels with the same paint.

Also should i clear coat interior parts?
