can i upgrade my hi halogens to leds in my headlights from spec D

guys some help I bought a set of spec D projection lights and there to dim I want to change them or up grade the lamps to led,s or something better and just plug and play
 


Whats dim on them the low or high beam? If its the low beam get some HIDs if its the highs then you kinda gotts deal with it or buy brighter halogen bulbs.
