keep in mind the leverage required to move the shifter arm through the detents would require a knob about 4-6" in diameter and a strong wrist. or youll have to use a gear reduction and then youll have a few turns of the knob before it gets to drive.

what about the GXP?The GP's are cable controlled for gear selection as it moves a manual valve.
