Can flushing your lines cause a heater core to blow?

I recently took my car in to have the fluids flushed. The shop said they dont carry drex coolant for my supercharger. They said lifetime coolant is was compatible with drex coolant and it said so on the label so I said ok. After I picked up the car the motor smoked and they said they spilled fluid on the motor and it will burn off. Well, it has never been the same since now I think they blew a heater core out from the pressure of the machine. I smell coolant through the air vents in the car. I did not have this problem until they flushed the fluids? Are they to blame if indeed its a heater core?

No the machine would not blow out the heater core, if it was sealed with stop leak before it could flush that out, look for any leaks.
