Hi guys. Im looking to show my girl the picture of that orange lowered grand prix..It was in a thread about the ugliest grand prixs, and everyone was saying how it was actually a very nice ride. Can someone point me out to this thread. I swear it was on this forum. thanks for the help.

Yeah, I just went through and looked at all the pages in the Lounge and couldnt come up with anything.

Oh, by the way, I was being sarcastic with the search comment, just ignore me.
 
Maybe it was on another forum, which i dont think so because I havent been reading many other forums besides my local one. Keep up the great work on the site.

Oh THAT orange car. I know I read pretty much every thread here but didn't remember one of the ugliest GP nature and I wouldn't have connected that car with one on another forum either. Except for the spoiler, its pretty sweet. I especially like the roll down rear sail window and no b pillar.

Nice work to you two who found it. Thats what this community is all about!!!

The spoiler on the SoLo GP is a Wings West spoiler. The rear window doesn't roll down. It was a custom made window that fell out in the shop and broke before GPG 2000. Yes, the chopped top, removed upper door/window frame, and B pillar is sweet! I wish..

Nope not the car he was looking for. That wasn't in the ugliest car thread which is on CGP I think. Solo could never be attached to ugly car thread (My Precious...:D). It was an orange GP with painted tails and maybe bags. Also not an ugly GP in my opinion. Not a huge fan of chrome and I'd do a few things different, but a nice car nonetheless.

I'll be back (photobucket is down for maintenance at the moment). Regardless here is the ClubGP thread you were looking for.

I like both cars as well, more I would change on the privately owned one than the SoLo GP. Other than the fact that, oh yeah the Solo is a little metal cube now!! Two weeks, two weeks I missed trying to save it.:(:mad:

At least two more I would like to wrestle away from GM, but sadly I doubt it. Just hope they don't meet the same fate.

Just to let you know my luck this is the third car that has been crushed while I was trying to acquire it. The last one I was paying for and the guy was like, "Hang on a minute. OH! It's getting crushed right now! I am sorry. I'll retract your payment...." Really are you serious. What are the odds? WTF!!!!!
