i think they are the plastic inserts right on the top of the car, they're usually painted the same color as the car and travel the length of the top......I think!!!

now if i ever feel like making it look even better ill tape off my lower bumpers and paint those black. then id just need to invest in some actual nice wheels and id be set. booyah.
