cam valvesprings and retainer questions!

Well im trading to go the quikiest way to add power to my car sooo if i go with the cam its going to take longer for me to get the springs retainers timing chain and the reason i have a post of trading my cam is because if i get rockers or meth i can just add it and not have to wait for me to buy all thr supporting mods for the cam sooo long story short what ever comes first
