cam install write up?

Do you guys have a link to a cam install write up? I will have a VS cam installed next month or so. I was wondering if there was a write up that explained specific steps for the GP.

The guys at the shop know how to do it, but they will most likely just go ahead and pull out the engine completely and I wanted to save us some time if possible.

its easier to do when the engines how.

all depends how quickly you can get the engine out vs lowering the cradle.
