It was my bro in law. Was he screwing around cause I'll kill him. But yea it definitely could have been my car. Look for the tune time performance decals on the rear passenger windows.
 
couldnt really tell lol. he was going the other way. plus my friend was doing like 70. but i dont think he was. looked like he was in the middle lane just cruising.
