Bypass solenoid/ valve on eaton m90 gen v

Needed some help with my 05 gtp comp g. Long story short did a bunch of mods that took me almost 3 weeks to complete, and ported the intake and exhaust ports on the heads as well as many other things. i put a 3.5 pulley on it and I am only running 5psi now. So my boost actually dropped and I think my bypass valve is installed wrong or the tune I got wasnt right. My vacuum is at 20psi at idle and when driving goes to around 10psi to 15psi, so I know it doesnt have a leak. Does anyone have pictures of the bypass valve on there supercharger or any comments would help.
