buying 2000 GP with no AC good or bad?

I'm looking to buy a 2000 grand prix se with 124000 miles but no ac. the guy is asking 1900. Is this a good buy?
 


For 1 thing, if the guy didn't take the time to repair the a/c, what other stuff did they not take the time to take care of?
 
some people dont care about the ac, maybe thats why they didnt fix it or it could be their beater cant tell, your the only one that can tell is it good or bad that it doesnt have working ac, if its the compressor then they are around $300+labor+freon
