Found out the alternator on a 03, 04 Buick Park Avenue is 125 amp versus my 03 Monte's 105 amp.
125 amp for those years was option code K37.
Does anyone know if the Buick alt will just bolt right in with no problems?
I have not seen one yet to compare
Would be great for me in winter when most of the accessories are running all the time. Huge power draw.
I have an alternator rewire kit, voltage booster and improved grounding.
Any risk of too much voltage?
Maybe get an under drive pulley for it and free up a horse or 2 and still get a couple more amps than I have now.
