so i see a guy i used to work with the other night at work, pulled up in a green civic hatch with a fart can on it. he's revving the sh!t out of the thing, making all kinds of noise. i asked him what was done to it and he shrugs and says "you'll find out"........ ok.
thinking it's going to be worth my time, i go over after work to where's he's leaving school and we go get on the highway. middle of the night, no cars at all. he pops over into the left lane and honks off. we both start in third, about 40ish, and he got the jump. seeing as how im in the cobalt, i'm dealing with a little lag time... and then i'm not. i was so far ahead by the top of third that i just shut it down. it was at least 5 car lengths from 40 to 90. i saw him again today and asked him what was done to it.
nothing. it's a stock B16 in a 92 civic si. and i get the "you only got me because you're boosted" excuse. you knew i was boosted dude, don't waste my time.
