Broken Wire Help

When I was changing out my S/C and moving the fuel rail out of the way, I notice these two Grey/Grey Black wires that I can't find where they connect. Here are the pictures to help. The pics show it going down under the brake reservoir and through the fire wall. I'm guessing on the length of wires, it would have to do with the throttle or something. So far it doesn't affect how the car runs or drives, no check engine light on or check gauge light.

Thats what I was thinking. I went through the electrical service book and I can't find anything with grey/black wire combo.
