Brakes shuddering

My brakes are shuddering, not from the rotors, they are not warped and it's not the calipers, they are brand new so could it be the master brake cylinder letting air bubbles getting into the brake lines causing them to shutter? I'm no expert on brakes so let me know if i sound like an idiot:th_laugh-lol3:
