Brakes and Rotors

I have an 04 Comp GTP and I am thinking of doing brakes and rotors myself. Any product suggestions, or should I get GM factory parts? This is a daily driver so I do not need high performance parts. Any suggestions for repair books? I was hoping to find something like a Haynes book but they say they dont cover the SC GTP's.......Thanks!
 


buy cermaic brake pads for the 05 grand prix. they have like 20% more brake pad surface area on them and they fit exactly the same. results are minimal but its still worth it.
