Brake and Especially FUEL Line Nightmare 2002 3100 LG8 HAAAAALP!!!

Hello all, long time no posts. Have family heirloom 2002 SE with sentimental value (long story) whose front-to rear brake and especially fuel lines were absolutely ROTTED to death and starting to leak, IMMEDIATELY after I FINALLY had gotten around to dealing with the LIM gasket, argh. Had to hack the lines up in SEVERAL pieces underneath to get them out, even AFTER unbolting all the brackets (ALL of the "quick-connect" fittings were a multi-week horror show just to undo). Got brake lines back in (sort of), RR fits perfectly but LR line isn't really in right. Even though I had purchased the correct a factory GM fuel feed (only) line a while ago, I ended up buying the so-called "easy-to-install" 2-piece FL254A 3-line kit (feed, return & vapor) from FineLines. Can't even come CLOSE to getting the front halves (which are roughly half hard prebent line and half flexible stainless reinforced hose) routed up into the engine bay correctly. Thinking about trying flexible stainless hose from the front end of the rear halves of the lines (same thread as outlet of filter) to the quick connect fitting in engine bay. I see AN adapters available everywhere but can't seem to find what I need. Out of pure desperation, I'm actually considering high-pressure (>100psi) EFI hose and clamping it as securely as possible but obviously concerned about a fireball. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

tie the two lines together with nicop line, its soft and bendable by hand. you can use compression fittings to connect em.

Great, thanks for info Bill, very helpful. So, correct me if wrong, I guess I would then need, starting at the rail and going back:

The RUS-640850 clicking onto the 3/8 feed line at rail, with one of the 90 deg SUM-220687's screwing into it, and roughly half of the SUM-230610 braided line attached to other end...

The RUS-640860 clicked onto the 5/16 return line at rail, with other SUM-220687 screwed into it and roughly other half of SUM-230610 attached to other end...

Vapor line dealt with in similar fashion to return line...(?)...

Now I would need an adapter (part #?) to attach to rear of braided hose sections and thread into the pipe threads where the hoses end and back halves of hard lines from FL254A kit begin, on their way back to the nylon lines...? The (o-ringed) thread on the front of the rear half of feed line is same as the outlet thread on the stock filter, fwiw, with the other 2 lines, return & feed being otherwise identical, except for 5/16, of course. Can use either M or F, I guess, since they come with F/F couplers. Thanks again for your help....
