I just pulled a 99 HD trans. from a rotted out GTX to put in my 01 GTP. I'm not expecting any electrical problems. But I'm not sure about fitment issues otherwise.
 


Actually five finger, I've heard of people swapping a couple /f pins around and making an 03 work in anything except a 97
