bose sound system issues

i have a 1999 gtp with the bose premium sound system its a great system i just needed a little more slump. so i put in my touch screen in the dash bought the proper adapters to do it official hooked up my amps capacitor and subs all to find out that now none of the speakers inside the car are working i dont know if theres something special you need to do or wires that need splicing but it would b nice to keep my deck and subs and not have to put the stock one back in. so any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated. also there was two harneses in the back of the deck only one worked with the adapter so i figured the other one controlled the 12 disc cd changer or the steering wheel controls but have no idea what its for

as it turns out that other harness was part of my stock amp i had to splice the remote wire from the deck in with the one from the second harness for any future knowledge the amp remote wire is kind of a pink color. now the system sounds great
