boost gauges not working? and no boost at full throttle

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out why I have no boost and no vacuum in my car. even at full throttle there is nothing. and at park, in my 1997 gtp my in dash boost gauge will slowly go up. but im not on the gas, nor am i moving. please help! also! i am also running a 3.6 pulley, ( yes with supporting mods) i just pullyd up from a 3.4. it couldnt have been from me going up could it have?

well, i have a pre-cat exhaust leak. but that is just making my car surge at idle. I dont know what the fuel trims are, but you can smell the fuel running rich ( assuming that since my leak is between 2 o2 sensors its trying to compensate for something that isnt there. I've checked my lines i didnt see anything...
 
You have a busted vacuum line. Follow them around and you will find it. The MAP gives you the signal for your boost gauge.
