Bogging down! Help! !

Ok so I'm driving on the highwayand go to pass a car and I floor it and my engine bogs down and doesn't want to accelerate. I think it's a fluke so I gradually give it more gas and it doesn't want to go past 4k? I put it in neutral and same thing. Nothing past 4k. So I think maybe at slower speeds it'll be ok and nope I was wrong. It has no get up and go when it's getting after 3k and stops accelerating at 4k.... any ideas where I should start? I just put new plugs and wires on less than 3k miles ago, just did the oil with synthetic again, changed the fuel filter.

I have a check engine light because of the zzp pcm so I need. A case learn and I haven't went and got that done. Doesn't that mean the codes won't come off right? Any other way I can check the clogged cat besides smacking it?

unplug and remove the oxygen sensor if it'll drive over 4000 rpm it's a clogged cat. Do not go on a very long test drive otherwise all that hot exhaust forced out of the o2 sensor hole because of the clogged cat....will set your firewall on fire

So got the car scanned by autozone and the codes that came back was

P0443 evap solenoid #1 control circuit malfunction
p0446 evap canister purge vent blocked

So I'm lost on what those two things are but we did some searching on the online and found that other people liked it to the cat being clogged so he pulls up what they have and no no. This gives me the perfect excuse to get a whole new dp from zzp. But can I take the dp w/o the cat to a shop and have them put them on or does it have to have a cat?

Ok so took out the o2 sensor before the cat and startEd the car and went to rev it and still nothing past 4k. So I looked at the purge solenoid right by the fuel rail and looked at the actual unit and I didn't see any cracks or in the lines coming to and go out from it. So....****!
