Blower motor

Seems like blower motor is out but from what I've read could be five different things. It comes on real low when driving. Pounding on dash or underneath dash doesnt help any.how to know if it's a resister or capacitor or relay or motor or one of the othr things I've seen

You could get under the dash and try applying power directly to the motor to see if it will work or not.

If so, then you have another issue. Either a fuse, blower motor resistor or the switch/control module.
