Not the right forum, but I'll answer. Seems your blower motor resistor is completely shot. When the resistor goes, the motor will only run at full current, aka on or off, since there is no resistance to tell it otherwise. Replace the blower motor resistor and you'll once again bleed off current to the blower and regain 1-5 functionality.
