so apon replacing my blower motor everything goes in fine... but when i turn iton low it goes then stops then goes then stops... then goes then a big pop noise and smoke comes out the vents i know the pop is a piece inside my blower motor.... it did it twice to 2 different motors... what is causing this??? blower motor resistor?????? where is it??? i cant even find the relay.....

Sounds like the fan is hitting something, the resistor is closer to the firewall, follow the wires from the blower motor and you will find it.
