Hey Everyone, I think I have asked this before but here it goes:
Every spring when I switch the Temp Control on my '04 GP from Heat to cold, it stays stuck on heat. The Fan works fine, I can move it from Defrost to vent to floor no problem. It just blows hot. The past few years it seems to clear itself up around May, all of a sudden it seems to unstick itself and works fine for the summer until the following spring again. I have changed all the simple stuff (New Thermostat, flushed rad, etc). I am wondering if it is the Blend Door Actuator or the actual knob on the Temp Control Panel itself. Is there a way to manually adjust the blend door (not dual zone, just single)? I think I found the Actuator under the dash by the blower under the Passenger side but not sure exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
