Hey guys Ive gone through 5 window regulators in this past year which is partially my fault for buy cheap Chinese brands but after all the pain in the ass its been I'm willing to spend real money on some regulators. So what's the best? Acdelco at 90$ per side or is Dorman good at 70$ per side?

I usually use OEM Delco when I can afford it. Then I lube it with lithium grease before install. Also make sure that the felt window guides and dew wipes on both sides are clean. I also used a dry graphite spray on the channels when I installed my last ones which seemed to help a bunch. If you have tinted windows just be sure not to spray it anywhere but the side channels or it might mess up the tint.

Not sure what year coupe you have, but RockAuto is showing ACDELCO 11R26 {#19251075} Professional front left coupe regulator for $55.79 and front right ACDELCO 11R25 {#19251074} Professional for $62.79. This doesn't include the motors. If you search the net you can likely find at least a 5% coupon to RockAuto as well.

I second ford man on that recommendation. Haven't tried graphite spray yet, but I've always been successful with silicon lube. Probably isn't much difference.

If you have a local Pink N Pull, that's where I'd be getting one from. There are several around me and they charge right around $20.00 for the complete set up.
