Best way to get stuff out of perforations in leather?

When I bought my 06 there was some weird white stuff ground into the perforations on my front passenger seat and of course they are smaller perforations then the 04/05 leather seats. I have tried picking it out with a tooth pick and cleaning it with leather cleaner and got some of it so its less noticeable. Its really not that bad just kinda bothers me cuz I like my cars in as clean of condition as possible.

Any ideas??
