Best place to buy Strut Mounts\ Plates.

rynoman03

I AM PEWPIN!
As the Title says I am in need of some strut mounts for the whole car. I'm replacing my factory setup with 166K on it.

I got a full set of KYB GR2's, Springtech Lowering Springs, ZZP Pogo Washers. Now I need mounts.

The cheaper the better but I don't want junk.

TIA

monroes seem to have some squeaking issue.

I believe silvergtp has had that issue.

based on that, i'd have to recommend KYB mounts.

I get most parts I need from rockauto.com. The shipping is fast and it's hard to beat their prices. As far as brand, it seems most people like the Monroe's. I've had the rear right fail twice in 9 months with mine though. Maybe I'm just lucky?

I have the KYBs from Rockauto for 10k miles now and no problems. Let us know how the GR2s work with the Springtechs. I have the GR2s with stock springs.

Will do.

I'm looking on RockAuto and there's all sorts. Also some come with bearings and some don't. I'm guessing I will probably need them.

Does this mean i get both left and right for 27ish ?

I think that is the price for one and the part will fit the left or right side. There are no bearings on the rear mounts, just the fronts.
