Best exhaust system?

I am looking to upgrade my exhaust system on my gtp. I have a 99 and i want to get headers, high flow cat, and cat back system. I am wonder what i should get. i am looking for a good sound and performance boost.:th_jester:
 


What is the brands i should go with tho and i have read that it is a great refrence:th_thumbsup-wink:
 
It gives multiple options yes but i am looking for something other than pacesetter because they wont work with my set up. Im looking for the next best thing/option.
 


If you have deep pockets go for The Other Guys or TOGs. Search the For-Sale section, someone is selling a set for a cheap price, like $300 + shipping I think.
 


TOG (extreme version) and ZZP are the best headers and also the most expensive. For most setups and most people the cheapo SSC/Speed Daddy Headers are a good option.

Borla mufflers sound the best. Still doesnt sound good really. I have TOG xtremes and a full borla system except without a cat and a 12" cherry bomb for a resonator. When its not leaking it sounds decent and not overly droney but its still not really good sounding. Especially at like 1500-2200 RPMs. But it helps get my car noticed as modded beyond the blower noise level.

But yeah nothing past the downpipe does anything for performance really unless you go turbo.
