Best and Easiest Way to Clean a Cylinder Head

So i got most of the parts necessary to top swap my car and i'm asking this in advance.....

What is the Best and Easiest Way to Clean Cylinder Heads?? The one's I've got for the swap are pretty grungy looking (I'm hoping to clean them all up then spray the outer walls with black temperature resistant paint)

Need to clean up my cylinder heads before the swap, but i'm too lazy to scrub it with a brush and cleaner

Is there anything i can leave it in over night to get it clean??

No i don't have a dish washer BTW. (I have heard some story's when researching this subject)

Went out and snapped a few pictures of what they look like (for better clarification)

use a brass wire wheel and some brake clean, you should take the valves out and do them for the best results. stop being lazy it doesnt take much effort to scrub.
