• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Been Cold

For the last 2 days its been a bit colder. I have an 05 gtp with a 3.6 setup. now the last 2 days if its almost warmed up if i give it some gas it feels like it skips or misses. but it idles fine and when i barely hit the gas its fine. it usually goes away mid day but at night it sucks.

Just check the wires and plugs...also, are any of the terminals on the coils rusted/corroded? Could be an issue there too...might check that out. FWIW, my Cobalt is DBW TB just like your car...and it seems to run a bit rough when its colder than say, 50* outside. But everything is perfect. Maybe its commanding a wrong % of TP at idle? Who knows...

What temp T-Stat is in it? Unless you got a 160* in there I don't see why not you shouldn't for the most part let it idle for about a minute before you drive it anyways.

When my car was mostly stock I would go back to a 195* in the winter...but...its not worth the extra work, I just let the car sit and idle for a bit.
