BCM or just multiple system failures 2006 GP GT 200,000 + miles

I have been trying to understand the effects of a failing BCM, when I put the car in drive 98% of the time I get Traction Control Off warning immediately, Cruise control will not work and overdrive will not lock up, also transmission will not downshift into first either when I first start the car or when I come to a stop while driving. Check Engine light is always on and I have had intermittent air bag and charging system failure warnings. Remote start has stopped working. 2% of the time Traction Control warning does not come up and overdrive and cruise work usually until I encounter a hill and the Tranny has to downshift,then I get the TC light and loose overdrive. My codes read at the auto parts store show shift solenoid failure but I think that there is more going on than that. Has anyone had similar multi system issues?
 


There's probably more than one issue. This vid is what mine did when the ABS module went bad ..which doesn't seem to be working for me right now. (thanks photobucket!)



I also went and got this piece from the JY. My car said Starting Disabled, probably because of a mismatched VIN. Anyway, this part was not the problem with my '05.

Who installed the remote start?
 
That vid still isn't working on Firefox. Basically after the key's turned, every message is displayed sequentially ending with a random one that would stay on. (Stability Control OFF was one of it's favorites)

Those chimes and messages went away after I got my ABS module back from Matt at cheapabs.com. It might help with some of the conditions.

EDIT: Note that I didn't experience any TC lockup or cruise control issue with a bad ABS module. That's only a single example with my car though.
