Ok this isn't audio but you audio people may know the answer.

have an Optima yellow top, with dual posts. I need to find some type of top post adapter(s) to hook my Wideband up to. The WB has a spade terminal on the ground and one on the hot. Ideally, I'd like two permanent top post adapters with screw terminals that would allow me to quickly hook up the WB for tuning and then remove.

Anyone know where to look for these types of adapters?

They have terminals in the parts store that should work for you. In fact when I had starting problems late last year due to some corrosion I went and got a couple. It was the type that clamp down on the battery terminal in the normal fashion, but had an extension off the terminal to had a wing nut connector on it so I could hook up all my cables. I think that would be a nice solution for ya.

I tried finding a picture of them, but cant seem to dig one up. They were not the heavy lead type connectors, these were thinner, still connected well but make it tons easier to pull off any cables you want because all you have to do is undo the wing nut and pull it off.

Parts store like Autozone, NAPA, etc? What you describe, sounds exactly what I need to get this thing hooked up.

Yeah, I got mine from Autozone or it may have been Advance Auto, not sure but they both have them. I think they would work perfectly for what you are wanting to do. Just remember its not the big bulky lead ones.

In fact, I just remembered this. They had a lever on them so you could just slide them on the battery post, then close this lever and it would tighten down. You had to adjust it and all so it would tighten down properly. I wasnt too keen on this fearing Id have one pop loose on me while I was driving. So I took the lever off and just tightened it down without it. It was some type of quick connect/disconnect lever.

If that helps you find one.

sounds like you want an import terminal (lead free) be aware they corrode faster as they are just steel should be under $4 at advance (just looked it up on their site)
