bat light on hud but not dash

Just spent alotnof time on thos car putting new intake gaskets in and wheel bearings. Then had fuel issues wich turned out to be the resister. Then it sprung a coolant leak on one of the heater hoses wich sprayed coolant on the belts. One belt slipped off and kmocked the other off. Put new belts on and fixed the hose. Next day (rainy) battery symbol comes on hud but nothing shows upon dash. Light shows up when the key I in the on position but not when running. Drives perfectly fine too. Starts up fine with no dragging. Thoughts?
 


oh, got ya. have your battery and alt volts test at a parts store, if it all checks out its a glitch of some sort.
