that should be the post cat o2 in the U bend. and it dont do much in cars older then 01,,not knowing what year car you have.

I might as well delete it. I have a 98 GP with a bonneville 3800 swap

Gas caps don't throw O2 codes,
The bonneville engine means very little in your GP. Same engine all day long.
